The controller, motor, and power supply are all very important parts of the electric sightseeing car. Among them, the controller is the "brain" of the electric sightseeing car, which controls the orderly work of each part. Therefore, the whole electric sightseeing car cannot be used normally if the controller is damaged. The following will introduce what factors are likely to cause the controller failure of the electric sightseeing car.
(1) The power device of the electric sightseeing car is damaged. In general, there are several possibilities: motor damage, poor quality or insufficient selection of the power device, loose device installation or vibration, motor overload, power device drive damage, or unreasonable parameter design.
(2) The internal power supply of the controller is damaged. In general, there are the following possibilities: the internal circuit of the controller is short-circuited, the external control part is short-circuited, and the external lead is short-circuited.
(3) The controller works intermittently, and there are the following possibilities: the device itself is parameter drifting in high or low-temperature environments, the overall design of the controller has high power consumption, which causes the high temperature of some devices so that they enter the protection state, as well as poor contact.
(4) The control signal is lost due to wear of the connecting wire and defective or falling off of the connector. In general, there are several possibilities: unreasonable wire selection, incomplete protection of wires, or the connector is not firmly crimped.
